Mid-span full joints are made from aluminum extrusion, providing strength equivalent to the conductor on which the joint is applied.

Each joint is manufactured with internal and external cones to eliminate compression-related stresses and reduce corona discharges.

They are clearly marked with the compression length, conductor size, application conductor name, and the correct die size.

Caps are placed in the center to ensure correct conductor insertion, and they are pre-filled with joint compound.
